At Jasper Garb, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to understand your rights and our process for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging, including tags and labels, within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • It must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo(s) of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding any original shipping fees)

Please note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your location and payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Socks, undergarments, and accessories that have been opened or worn
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you promptly.
